Happy International Yoga Day.

After pregnancy the stubborn fat increases as we loose motility in initial days post delivery. They do not just go out easily. These are few simple and quick tips to reduce your weight. too.

○A 45minutes walk is necessary, if time does not permit if u have stair climb up and down five times, count your steps.

○Do simple exercises like go fetch water to drink don't keep a bottle aside.

○When you stand in the kitchen for long time, do sit and stand like squats whenever you find time.

○Do breathing exercises, when you hit the bed, lift your right leg up, relax, then left leg up, relax, then both the legs up with your head risen, you should be in v shape, repeat atleast five to ten times.

○All these needs patience and consistency. This is a quick guide for those who cannot spend much time yet health concious.
