So helpful food list,we can also give khichdi with curd,rice with curd,dalia,poha,stuffed parantha

In my opinion, biscuits, bread and rusk should be absolutely avoided for kids, unless homemade. Rest of the things are really good options to go for 😊

Rest all are good options but I think we should avoid bread, biscuits rusk n all

Biscuits is totally a no no it is loaded with sugar and maida

Fruits , dry fruits, are better option then biscuit, rusks....wheat bread instead of white bread

Can add makhana it is loaded with lots of goodness

Dosas, cheelas, pancakes

Poha, vermecelli pulao

Idli, oats idli, ragi idli with sambhar chutney
