In Tamil Nadu you will get to see more of individual houses and in every house you will definitely get to see Coconut Tree and Banana Tree, Most of our recipes have coconut for sure, And we can't live without Bananas. Apart from Banana vada and Banana bread we can also make Banana Dosa.
Ripened Bananas: 3
Wheat flour: 1 cup
Brown Sugar: 1/2 cup (Can use white sugar also)
Saunf : 1 tsp
In a bowl mix eggs, bananas,saunf and sugar with your hands and make it as a paste, Now add the wheat flour and keep adding water to make it as a dosa batter. Banana small lumps will be there but that's okay. Heat tawa and using ladle pour the batter , add ghee like how we add oil to the dosa. Flip and cook. These will not be thin , it will be little thick. But it makes a great breakfast or snacks.
