to keep your stomach look flat, buy post pantrum belt from mom and doesn't flatten your stomach permanently.However, at least you can wear dresses and look beautiful. meanwhile, keep exercise and taking all healthy diets.

U have to start with some tummy exercises.But before starting with that, we need to check whether you have any diastasis rectii.This is separation between Ur six pack muscles.So please consult obstetric physiotherapist n learn exercises.All the best.Mean while u try with lower abdominal tuck ins.
