1) 2 Boiled Potatoes

2) 1 cup Semoline/Rawa

3) Ajwain, black pepper, salt, Aamchur

4) Oil



Procedure- Take a pan, put 2 cups of cups of water, let it boil then add ajwain, 1tbsp oil and salt and add roasted semoline and mix it well till mixture becomes thick..


Add this mixture to boiled and mashed potatoes, add black pepper, salt and Aamchur powder and knees it well like dough.. Roll out the dough well with rolling pin on oil surface.. Use bottle cap and cut our small balls, add black sesame seeds on the top and fry them in hot oil pan.. Can serve it with chutney or ketchup ;)
