BANANA:

Banana has rich source for Vitamins, Sugar Etc. bananas can be used to prepare puree, milk shakes, Pancakes etc.

BANANA PUDDING:

Take a bowl; add 1 Finely Chopped, Finely chopped Cashews, Raisins, ½ Glass boiled milk, 2 tsp. soaked basil seeds and mix well. Serve chilled on summer. You can add Pomegranate, Cashews for extra flavor.

BANANA PANCAKES:

Take a wide bowl, add 1 cup Maida (All Purpose Flour), ¼ tsp. salt, and mix well. In another bowl add 1 beaten egg, 1 cup milk, 2 tbsp. vegetable oil, 2 ripe bananas (mashed finely), and ¼ Vanilla essence. Now combine both the batters and mix well without lumps. Now oil the griddle and pour a scoop batter onto the griddle and cook on both sides till they turn golden brown and serve hot with Chopped bananas on the top.
