I am in 28th week of my pregnancy and things are going so far so good..

since I was overweight my gynac had advised me not to put on much weight as it may lead to various problems like gestational diabetes. I have taken care so as to not put on much weight, but still I am worried.. need ur suggestions!!

All the best Akansha. May be you can go for more protein in your diet. Doctor will check the weight of the baby and then let you know

being over weight may also lead to c-section ,just be active n go for small walks

u can opt for pre natal yoga as well. There are several of them listed on Babychakra.

I have gained around 4-5 kgs till now.. is it too much? I go for walks regularly..

Hi dear namesake...4-5 kgs weight gain appears normal.Pre natal yoga appears to be the best option.Initially you can start with basic pregnancy pranayams.
A few basic pranayams regularly and some walking helped me in a normal delivery . Hope that helps you too

one may gain 10-12 kg normally during pragnency... keep walking 3-4 km daily and 4-5 lit liquid..
