हेलो मैम मुझे यह जानना था कि डिलीवरी डिलीवरी के बाद लेडीस ओं की टमी क्यों निकल जाती है और मेरी फर्स्ट डिलीवरी के बाद बहुत ज्यादा टमी निकल गई थी और अब सेकेंड डिलीवरी है उसके बाद मुझे अब टेंशन हो रही है कि प्लीज कुछ ऐसे टिप्स दीजिए कि मेरी कमी ना निकले फिट रहूं मेरी नॉर्मल डिलीवरी की फर्स्ट और अब सेकंड देखते हैं क्या होता है. और यह भी बताइए कि या टीटी ऑपरेशन करवाते हैं तो उसके बाद क्या-क्या केयर लगती है कितने दिन केयर करना पड़ता है . कितने दिन बाद एक्सरसाइज चालू करना पड़ेगा

Darshita hi.. it's a pain in neck.. not a regular pain associated with pregnancy. Regular treatment would be putting ice pack, neck stretching exercises n good posture. If u need to wear a neck band or no.. for that u need to visit a doctor

Lot of core strengthening exercises are important to get back in shape. Make your back n leg stronger. Eat small n frequent healthy meals. Drink plenty of water. Go for walk.. as it's the best cardio or u cn even dance with the baby. Avoid late eating in night. Sleep well n be happy.
