here is the recipie
🔅Rice 1¹/² cup
🔅Moong dal 3/4th cup
🔅Jeera 3tbsp
🔅Ajwain 1tbsp
🔅Almonds 7-8
🔅Cashew 5-6
🔅Sesame seeds 1tbsp
🔅Salt (as required)
🔅sugar/jaggery (optional)
🔅Soak Almonds & Cashew overnight
🔅Wash Rice & Moong Dal in different vessels 2-3 times
🔅Heat the Pan Dry Roast Rice 🍚until it become dry and colour changes to golden brown & till Aroma occurs and keep aside to cool
🔅Same with Moong Dal Dry Roast & keep aside to Cool. 🔅Dry Roast Almonds & Cashew & Sesame seed on low flame.
🔅Roast Jeera & Ajwain too on low flame 🔅Grind Rice 🍚in a Mixture make a thin powder 🔅Repeat the same with Moong dal & Dry Fruits with Sesame Seeds 🌰
🔅Make a thin Powder of Jeera & Ajwain too
🔅Mix All the grind (Powdered) Ingredients
🔅Add Jeera & Ajwain powder to it with 1/4 tesp of hing & salt as per taste
🔅Boil Water At Low Flame.
🔅Add 2-3 tbsp of the Powder (made above)
🔅Stir it properly without having any lumps.
🔅Cook for 2mints And Swtichoff the Flame.
🔅Home Made Porridge🍲 Is READY.
🔅Serve in a Bowl Add ghee to it
