Change is a small step, that makes a big difference!

Yes change from home, a first step to make sustainable world.

Here are some things which i have adopted in my life.

➡Save Water/electricity: which is very important, my 2.5yr old kid, off the tap properly after use, than my hubby.. i always tell not to waste water, many a times we adults don't turn off the tap properly, i always try to turn it off properly, no matter where ever i use.. And turn off the electricity, if not in use. My son switches off the TV, if no one is watching and if the TV is on!

➡ separation of wet waste and dry waste: yes every house should follow this, it's very important to manage waste, some time wet waste i use as fertilizer for my plants, like tea powder, vegetable waste can be decomposed at home itself and good for plans also. I have kept 2 dustbins, my son knows where to throw the skin of bananas,as well as chocolate wrappers.

➡Carry your cloth bag, while you go for shopping.. so that avoid plastic bags, i have made 2 cloth bags, i carry them in my bag, when i am going out for shopping, say no to plastic covers!

➡ Reduce the use of Plastic Bottles: inserted use Steel or glass bottles. I was using plastic fancy plate for my son, now i serve in steel plate only.

➡Buy vegetables and fruits from local vendors, my dad usually go early morning, so that we can buy from farmers it self, and he never bergen with them, even i have learned from him, i too try shopping from farmers, they do come near local market areas..

➡Plant trees: i love growing plants, fruits and veggies also.. my son loves watering plants every morning, it's our first work.

➡And buy the things/any items, only if necessary.I have stopped buying plastic toys, thought my son has many which was gifted by my parents, now i told them not to, so my mom started buying metal once, so it is not converted as waste.i only invest on wooden toys and books.

➡And i never throw any waste on streets/roads, instead find the dustbin and throw the waste.

It's very important to teach all this right from small age so that they can be better citizen tomorrow to save the mother earth!

My fancy cloth bags, flowers..

➡and i have also kept water out side in a mud pot, so that street dogs/birds can drink.
