Ingredients:
* Eggs - 2
* Spinach - 2 tsp
* Cumin seeds
* Onion - 2 tbsp (finely chopped)
* Red chili powder- pinch
* Pepper powder
* Salt
* Ajwain
* Basil leaves ( opt )
* Ghee/ Butter
Recipe:
🐣 Take a pan and add oil. Once it heats, add cumin, onion and let them turn golden brown and add spinach. Saute for 2 min. Switch off and transfer to the cup.
🐣 Take a bowl and beat egg. Add ajwain, salt, basil leaves, pepper powder, and red chili mix well.
🐣 now add 1 tsp oil in a pan add egg mixture and add the palak topping. Fry on both the sides till golden brown appears. Serve hot.
