Simple tip to stick to your resolutions
➡️Make simple resolutions.
➡️ It should easy , sustainable and real.
➡️Start slowly , no need to rush you have 365 days to achieve your goals.
Specially for those whose resolution is to lose weight and workout don't rush into it .
Go slow start with 10 min a day and gradually increase your time and intensity rather then doing vigorous workout for a day or two and than rest due to injury or over stress.
