After festivals our body needs deti to be fit . There r so many reasons to take oily n sweets in festivals. So after festival we need to deti our body. I m giving some tips to detox our body. What should we eat.

As we know lemon water , green tea r d source to detox. So we should take lemon in warm water. Winter is begining so we can drink mild warm water whole day.

Apple cider vinegar also help in this activity. U can take one spoon of vinegar in a glass of luke warm water.

Do exercise regularly. U should have ur food n sleep on time. It helps both men n women.
