We have made beetroot chapathi's with bit of spices to make it catpatta.
Here is the recipe
Beetroot, chilli, salt, garam masala, wheat flour and water.
Grind beetroot in the mixer along with Mirchi and garam masala.
Take a pan, add little oil then add the paste and little salt. Let the mixture cook for some time.
After it gets cooked keep it aside.
Take wheat flour add bit of salt and beetroot mixture. Mix them to normal chapathi dough.
Make chapathi's and cook them on the tava.
