Diwali the festival of lights which brings in joy and prosperity in our life. Also brought some extra calories with us binging on sweets, oily food. So to balance back to normal eating habits we have made a healthy dish.

We have made beetroot chapathi's with bit of spices to make it catpatta.

Here is the recipe

Ingredients:

Beetroot, chilli, salt, garam masala, wheat flour and water.

First

Grind beetroot in the mixer along with Mirchi and garam masala.

Take a pan, add little oil then add the paste and little salt. Let the mixture cook for some time.

After it gets cooked keep it aside.

Second:

Take wheat flour add bit of salt and beetroot mixture. Mix them to normal chapathi dough.

Three:

Make chapathi's and cook them on the tava.
