I had so many sweets for the last one week, now how to get back? it is a big question. I believe slow and steady wins the race. Don't go for a crash diet, smoothie diet, juice diet etc.
Get back to the normal routine, have healthy food and light dinner. Give 30 mins to yourself for a workout, any workout be it walking skipping, gym, dance. Whatever you like.
Sharing recipe which you can try,
1 cup Chickpeas soaked overnight and boiled,
1 medium-size onion
1 medium-size tomato
1 tbsp lemon Juice
Fruits of your choice like oranges, Pomegranate, Papaya, Apple
Salt and pepper
Mix everything in a big bowl and you can it for lunch or dinner.
Chickpeas can be replaced by sprouted moong dal, black Chana, Red rajma.
