Broccoli Fritters

Broccoli has .

Ingredients: 🥦 Broccoli - 2 cups

🥦 onions - 2 tsp finely chopped

🥦 Grated cheese - 1 tsp

🥦 Salt

🥦 pepper

🥦 ref chili powder/ flakes

🥦 oregano

🥦 rice flour - 1 tsp

🥦 Besan - 1tsp

🥦 bread crumbs - 1 tsp

🥦 oil 🥦 potato boiled - 1 ( optional) .

Preparation : 🥦 wash the broccoli and chop the florets. Boil it for 3-5 min. Run under the tap water. Chop finely and keep aside.

🥦 Now take a bowl and add boiled chopped broccoli, onions, cheese, salt, pepper, bread crumbs, oil, boiled mashed potato ( optional ), pepper, red chili powder, oregano, rice flour, and besan. Mix well. ( don't add water ).

🥦 take a lemon sized dough and pat them into patties.

🥦 heat the pan and add few drops of oil and shallow fry them on both the sides, till they turn golden brown ( takes 2 min). Serve hot with sauce.
