✓Take a cup of brown rice. wash and dip them for sometime.
✓Take a cooker. Put a tbsp of oil and a spoon of jeera into it. Let it splatter
✓Now vegetables turn. Put as many veggies as you want into it. I am going to put down what I like in this pulao
Onions
Tomatoes with some ginger garlic paste
corns
Cauliflower
Carrots
Beans
After putting all these in Cooker, put some salt, pepper/red chilli.
Put in some water with brown rice and close the lid.
Open the lid after the rice have cooked properly. You can also add more spices if you like.
>>>More healthy version of these rice is using no oil at all but then I use the below veggies:
Corns
Onion
Carrot
Capsicum
I don't use ginger garlic in this recipe.
Just put in these veggies and brown rice with water in a cooker of course after adding salt and pepper and close the lid.
They are also supper yummy and if you like you can sprinkle some lemon onto it after they are ready!!
