When parents worriedly tell me that their child doesn't eat fruit..I often ask them how often do they enjoy fruit time as a family.

🍒We as adults have wired ourselves as instruction giving machines to our kids while failing to follow even half of those ourselves. 🍒

For a kid to develop love towards fruits, 🍇she needs to look at people happily enjoying fruit.🍇 Since family is the first school..🥝.it's important that we sit around with fruits as we sit around with tea and biscuits !🥝 Then only the child will associate snack time with happiness and happiness with fruit ! 🍋🍈🍏

While on mother's feed, if a child is exposed to all the fruit tastes through milk, there is no way that a child will reject fruit later on.🍌 There are always picky exceptions but on most occasions...the more you include fruit as a collective experience ..more acceptable will the child be towards new tastes ! 🍓🍒🍎🍉🍑🍊🥭🍍🍌🍋🍈🍏 P.S it's not magic...might take many tries of putting fruit on the plate before the child picks it up .
