Rice Flour 2cup
Peanuts 3 tablespoon
Chana dal 3 tablespoon
Sesame seeds 1 tablespoon
Chillipowder / chilli add according to
Salt add accordingly
Take a bowl and add Rice flour ,peanuts,chanadal,Mirchi or chillipowder,salt and sesame seeds mix all ingredients with water and make a dough.
Take a non stick pan spread oil & then press the dough with hands in circle shape ..
Then turn on the stove cook for 5to 8 min then serve hot ..
This is healthy breakfast Cum snack for kids and elders
