Drumstick Cauliflower Curry

.

This drumstick masala curry is my grandma’s recipe with secret ingredients. It’s simple and easy with tasty ingredients . It tastes good with rice , chapattis, roti , puri and Pulka etc. .

For Curry :

Potato – 1/4kg

Drum Sticks – 2 Big

Onions – 2 Med Sized

Tomatoes – 2 Med Sized

Mustard seeds

Cumin Seeds

Salt – To taste

Turmeric Powder

Red Chilli Powder – 1tsp

Curry Leaves- 1 sprig

Coriander Leaves

Oil – 3 tbsp.

Ingredients For Gravy :

khaskhas / Pooppyseeds – 1 tsp

Dhaniya – 1 Tsp

Dry Coconut Powder – 2 tsp

Garlic Cloves – 2 -3 Cloves

Recipe :-

For Gravy :-

Soak Khaskhas In Little amount of Water For 10 Min. Now Grind the Soaked Khaskhas , Dhaniya , Dry Coconut Powder , Garlic Cloves Into A Fine Paste

Keep It Aside. .

Gravy :-

🍛 Take a pan and add Chopped Potatoes , Drum Sticks, boil and keep aside.

🍛 now pour oil on a pan and add mustard, cumin, chili and curry leaves. Then add onions and fry till they turn translucent. 🍛 then add boiled veggies and cook for 2 min. Now add tomatoes and mix well. Cook for 2 min. Then add water and cook till the tomatoes turn mushy.

🍛 now add gravy powder, salt, turmeric, chilli powder, and coriander leaves.

Cook for 5-7 min till the veggies cook well and the curry thickens. Tada! Granny style curry is ready! Serve hot!.

Storage: 2 days in the airtight container
