Happiness is as a mom I don't have to make anything special for my 22 months old.. As a WFH mom my schedule is hectic and I can cook only once. Only wheb I make spicy kolambu (thin gravy) I make something special for her if not we 3 eat the same food. We ate Tomato Dal and kovakai( Tindora) for lunch.

Stop making special foods, kids can't eat dal chawal and curd rice every day, Give food from the family pot. Eat along with them, Let them see your plate. Encourage Selfeeding and let them decide their quantity.

Making special foods for kids aged between 1-2 years is probably one of the biggest mistakes that I guess moms make. No judgement, bust an opinion!

True, i know 10 yrs 12 yrs old kids who doesn't eat vegetables, dals etc.

Completely agree..no need to cook separate food for kids.. kids will learn to eat everything eventually.
