Once I did not have anything at home expect 1 onion and 2 tomatoes and some garlic. Hence this chutney was found 🤣

Onion: 1

Tomato: 1

Garlic: 1

Green Chili: 1

For Tadka

Mustard seeds: 1/2 tsp

Urad dal split: 1/2 tsp

Curry leaves: 1 string

Oil : 2 tbs

Grind everything together, Head oil and tadka, pour the ground chutney to the tadka and cook for 5 mins in low flame till the raw smell goes off.

Enjoy it with idly or dosa.
