𝗜𝗻𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:
Sesame oil/Any oil - 3 tbsp
Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
Gram dal - 1 tsp
Urad dal - 1 tsp
Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
Peanuts - 1/4 cup, roasted
Hing - 1/4 tsp
Curry leaves - 1 sprig
Green chilli - 2
Onion - 2
Tomato - 2
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Sambar powder - 2 tbsp
Brinjal - 8, sliced
Tamarind - small size, juice extracted
Salt - To taste
Coriander leaves - 2 sprigs
𝗣𝗿𝗲𝗽𝗮𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻:
📝Grind roasted peanuts, onions, tomatoes in a mixer and keep aside.
📝In a pressure cooker add oil and once the oil is hot add mustard seeds, gram dal, urad dal, cumin seeds, hing, curry leaves, green chilli and saute well.
📝Add the ground paste, turmeirc powder, sambar powder and saute well.
📝Add brinjal slices, tamarind juice, salt and keep the lid and pressure cook for 2 to 3 whistles on medium flame.
📝Once the pressure is released add chopped coriander leaves and serve with Roti/Chapati/Rice.
