Poha - 1 cup, finely powdered
Potato - 2, medium sized and boiled
Green Chilli - 2, finely chopped (skip for little ones)
Coriander leaves - 2 tbsp
Salt - to taste (skip for babies below 1 year)
Oil - 1 tsp + to deep fry
📝Take boiled potatoes in a bowl and mash well.
📝Add coriander leaves, green chillies(skip for little ones), coriander leaves, salt(skip for babies below 1 year) and mix well with hand.
📝Add grinded poha gradually in to the potato mixture and mix well.
📝Rest the dough for 10 minutes.📝After 10 minutes take 4 tbsp water and mix well by adding gradually to the dough.
📝Add 1 tsp oil and mix well.
📝Take small portions of the dough into the hand and roll in to cylindrical shape.
📝Deep fry them in to golden brown colour in batches.
📝Crispy Poha Fingers are ready. Serve with ketchup/sauce/mayonnaise.
