Fruit Punch


Milkshakes are healthy and make tummy full when you are hungry. I added 3 fruits in this fruit punch.



Banana - 1/2

Apple - 1/4

Mango - 1 cup

Milk - 1/2 glass

Water - 1/4 glass

Soaked chia seeds - 2 tsp


Method :

Take a mixer jar and add all chopped fruits. Blend it. Now add milk, water and blend once again.

Serve chilled with soaked chia seeds.


You can add strawberries to other fruits. No need to add sugar. Fruits have natural sugars.


Serves: 1
