So easy peasy matar paratha receipe for all
1. Peas 1cup
4. Green chillies to taste or avoid if for kids
5. Ginger small piece
7. Turmeric powder pinch
8. Garam masala
9. Red chilli powder according to taste
1. Grind peas or matar alongwith green chillies and ginger..
2. Heat a kadhai and add oil
3. Now add hing and jeera
4. Let jeera splutter
5. Add salt, and other spices
6. Roast it thoroughly till all the moisture evaporates..
7. Now take a ball of dough and in the middle fill the matar masala prepared..
8. Roll it
9. Roast it like you do any paratha..
10. Serve hot with chai, curd, chutney, sabji, kadhi, tomato chutney etc..
