🥪 Paneer open toast
2 slices of whole wheat / multigrain bread
4 tsps mixed Chopped veggies (capsicum, carrot, onion)
Salt as per raste
A pinch of black pepper powder
50gms Grated paneer
1 tsp tomato chutney
1. In a bowl mix grated paneer, mixed veggies, salt & Black pepper powder.
2. Toast both the bread slices on tawa or in toaster. Now apply tomato chutney on the bread slices and spread 2 spoonful of prepared paneer mixture & its ready to eat!! Isn't it simple to prepare.
