After delivery I'm putting over weigh... now am 75 kgs... my height 154cm. plz give some tips to reduce my weigh... my favourite outfits not fitted with my body...

you can wear your baby and go for a walk..that will help you lose weight and for baby to explore the world

you can consume it. boil water and let it cool down . add cinnamon and honey and let is rest for 15 to 20 mins. add lemon juice and drink about 150 ml in morning and same quantity before bedtime

Breastfeed, eat healthy, run after u r lo, do all babies tasks like give bath, walk with baby as suggested by others n love urself wear good clothes ur beautiful irrespective of ur weight so invest time on taking care of urself. .. u will loose weight don't worry

Exclusive breastfeeding should bring down your weight. Once you stop breastfeeding reduce your food intake
