Spinach blanched and chopped 1 cup
Processed cheese grated 50 grams
Baked pie shell 1
Fresh cream 3/4 cup
Salt to taste
Black pepper powder to taste
Olive oil 1 tablespoon
Garlic finely chopped 1 tablespoon
Medium onion finely chopped 1
Take cream, egg, salt and black pepper powder in a bowl and beat with a fork.
Heat olive oil in a non-stick pan, add garlic and onion and sauté till fragrant.
Add spinach and salt and sauté for 4-5 minutes. Add salt and pepper powder and mix well.
Add cheese and mix well. Set aside to cool down.
Preheat oven to 180˚ C.
Keep the pie shell in a pie tin. Transfer the spinach mixture into it. Top with the cream-egg mixture.
Keep the tin in the preheated oven and bake for 25 minutes.
Take the pie out of the tin and keep it on a serving plate. Serve.
