Triple Blend Smoothie


Banana peeled, sliced and frozen 1

Milk 1/4 cup

Pineapple chopped 1 1/4 cups

Yogurt 1/2 cup

Spinach 1 1/2 cup

Juice of 1 lemon


Blend together banana and milk until thick, creamy and smooth.

Add pineapple and yogurt, blend again. Add spinach and lemon juice and blend till well combined.

Pour into four individual tall glasses and serve immediately.
