Every pregnancy and every birth story is different and beautiful. My due date was on 30th May but this lil bub stayed in for longer(he was born on June 3rd). I was 42 weeks pregnant and there was no sign of labour. I did everything possible to induce labour naturally like climbing stairs, walking fast almost 7 k.ms daily and what not. But again, no sign of labor.
I belong to a family where everybody had normal delivery, duh, big deal!?🤷🏼♀️So something really made my mind very rigid about "normal delivery".
After the end of 42 weeks the doc advised me to get admitted and induced labour. After around 2 nights and 1 day I was in excruciating pain but there was no sign of the baby. I was dialated only upto 2 cms. Later we got to know there is no option except of C-section .
The doc suggested c-section because she thought vaginal delivery would be risky for baby but guess what. My husband is not ready and asked her for time But doctor is not ready at all coz baby just done his potty inside only so we haven't any options .
sooner after the situation became even more risky because of Ridaan fluctuating heart rate we ended up having an emergency c-section. Only during the process I realised that c-section is not a easy way out. You cut open yourself to bring a human being into the world and how on earth is that easy?
I was very disappointed with my ownself for thinking that way. Normal or C section, By the end all the mattered was holding this cheeky lil bundle of joy and seeing him for the first time after loving him for 9 months💞 and that moment is the most special moment was my life. The relief and happiness I felt hearing his first cry will remain in my heart forever🌹And today the c section scar is the most beautiful scar that I love and I am proud to have❤️💕 🌟
Chapped lips, exhausted from labour, watery eyes, smeared kohl, c-sec procedures, sleepy and tired- that is how I met my little one for the first time. The moment he was delivered and was given to me to hold in my arms, but I can't take him into my arms because of stitches , but I want to see him anyhow so this is the first memory when I first saw him .. and he is too golumolu , (you can see in the photo) .
I got the goosebumps and different smile for this picture. Thankful to my super sweet hubby who just capture this memory for lifetime.. this unbelievable moment for me is unforgettable..
With my shaking hands I just touch his super cheeks my cheeks and just say "Thank you Allah for wonderful Ramadan gift ever".
Thank You @thehappymomsclub for giving me the opportunity to note down this super amazing, out of the world feeling. 💖
