there are 2 things I did this year.. but before i say what let me give you a brief background..I HATE TO EXERCISE .. yes you read it right I hate it and I loose motivation quickly..having said tht yes there were few days I use to avoid and not follow my routine at all.. but I kept going back to it.. there is one thing i learnt in the process.. if you loose your focus, dont abuse yourself for it.. just start again and even if it means starting all over..
so the 2 things i focused was to
1. have an exercise routine- 70% of my routine focused only on walking for an hour or jogging basically completing 10k steps a day. the rest of the routine focused on doing some sort of exercise for 30 mins atleast 2 times a week.. what kept me going I did a mix, some day zumba, some day weights, some day swim and that's how I could incorporate healthy lifestyle
2. I started following intutive eating method.i could never diet since I am a big time foodies. so I read about what is intutive eating and started experimenting on myself.. I am not completely successful as I still love binging but I am getting there and it somehow helped me losing some pounds and maintaining my weight
