Mini pie crust tart shells 4
Brown sugar 3 tablespoons
Lemon juice 2 tablespoons
Cinnamon powder to sprinkle
1) Chop the apple into small cubes.
2) Heat brown sugar in a non-stick pan. Add the chopped apple, mix and cook. Add lemon juice and mix. Cook till the apples become soft. Sprinkle some cinnamon powder from top and mix.
3) Keep the mini pie crust tarts on a serving platter, fill them with the apple mixture and serve immediately.
