Hello mommies this is for the first time i made CHOCO COOKIES that too with MULTIGRAINS ATTA. That turned really well.
As MULTIGRAINS ATTA is nutritious i have prepared cookies with it. Kids like cookies and if we prepare it at home with nutritional values that's more healthier option. Isn't it??
One more special is i have done cookies in different shapes that Tashya liked them very much. Different shapes are 🦋 🦋 🦋 butterfly, 🎏 🎏 🎏 fish, elephant, 🌟 🌟 🌟 star shape and round shape.
Now i will share the ingredients and procedure of cookies.
MULTIGRAINS ATTA-- 2 cups
Powdered sugar--1 cup
CHOCO powder-- 1cup
Baking powder--1 tbspn
🍪 Take butter in to a vessel and whisk it.
🍪. Now add powdered sugar to it and again whisk it until it becomes pluffy.
🍪 Add veneela essence and baking powder to it and mix.
🍪 Sieve multigrains atta and choco powder in to the vessel so that no lumps are formed.
🍪 Mix it now with ✋ ✋ hand and slowly add 2 tbspns of milk to it.
🍪 Prepare dough in the consistency of chapathi dough.
🍪 Optional : Also add dry fruits like pista and almonds and choco chips if you like.
🍪. Leave the dough aside for 15 minutes.
🍪 Then take a portion of dough and roll it like bullet. Then cut it down. We get round shapes. Otherwise prepare it in different shapes like i have done.
🍪 Grease a plate and places these cookies on plate.
🍪 Take a pressure cooker and fill it with some salt and on top of it place the plate with cookies. Close the lid without whistle.
🍪 Allow it to bake for 20 minutes and then remove the plate.
🍪 Yummy yummy and healthy choco cookies are ready to eat.
I have prepared choco cookies most importantly for my little doll as i am not allowing her to eat packed cookies. I prepared it at home itself.
So mom's don't eat maida cookies and it's not good for kids also. So try atta cookies which are more delicious.
