Besan:- half cup
Aalu (kaddukas):- 1chhota bowl
Gobhi (kaddukas):- half
Patta gobhi (kaddukas):- 1 chhota bowl
Shimla mirch:- (kaddukas):- 1
Onion (bareek kati):- 1
Adrak, lehsun (kaddukas):- 1 spoon
Aap chahen to aur bhi vegetables le sakti Hain.
Lal mirch powder:- half table spoon
Haldi powder:- half table spoon
Namak:- test k according.
Garam masala:- bilkul thoda sa.
Jeera:- half table spoon
Method:-
Genhu ka aata aur besan mix krke saree vegetables usme ache se Mila len, aur thoda sa gunth len, jaroorat k anusar Pani dalen, aur thoda sa tight gunth len,,,,,
Aate pr thoda sa oil lgakr 15 minutes k liye rakh den,
Fir aate se loi bnakr bel len aur tabe par halka sa oil lgakr, cotton k kapde se press krke senk len,,,,,,
