Hey guys so today we are talking about totally new product for me. How you guys are start your day?? For me great start of morning Disano oats is a perfect choice for the whole family. Disano oats is made from 100 % wholegrain oats, which is a natural source of protein, and dietary fibre. It helps reduce the risk of high blood pressure and cholesterol. It take quick 3 minutes to prepare a tasty meal with Disano oats you can make lot of healthy recipes with Disano oats for breakfast, lunch or dinner & boost the nutritional value without compromising on taste.

Here plz check how I make oats at my home within a 4-5 minutes.

Ingredients :

2 cup rolled Disano oats

2 table spoon oil

1 teaspoon cumin seeds

1-2 Green chilles , Finely chopped

1 Medium onion ,finely chopped

1 medium tomato, finaly chopped

salt to taste

1 teaspoon red chilli powder

1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder

2 tablespoon chopped fresh coriander leaves

Method for oats chilla :

1. Heat oil in a non-stick pan, add cumin seeds and let their color change

2. Add Green chillie and onion mix well and salute till the onion is golden.

3. Add tomato and salt , reduce heat cover and cook for two to three minutes.

4. Add red chilli powder and turmeric powder and mix well.

5. Add rolled oats, four cups water and cook for four to five minutes. add one table spoon coriander leaves and mix well.

6.Serve hot, garnished with the remaining coriander leaves.
