Recipe with superfood in winter::: sesame seeds or til
In winters one of the best, easy and healthy with nutritious sweet recipe for everyone is NUVVULA UNTA or TIL LADDU.
Sesame seeds are the best source of calcium, fibre, iron, magnesium and many other nutrients. Sesame seeds laddu consumed along with jaggery is like a energy booster. It's very tasty and nutritious too.
In winter many severe problems will be arising for so many people like asthama, cold, cough, breathing problems and joint pains. So to keep body warm and get rid of all those problems have sesame laddu/ Til laddu. As heat increases in the body cold decreases and keeps you away from many problems.
We can include sesame seeds or til in many dishes but traditional way of this sweet recipe has its own taste. That can't be beaten with anyone.
Sesame seeds/till -- 1 cup
Jaggery -- 3/4 cup
Ghee -- 2tbspn
Cardomom -- 2
💪 Dry roast sesame seeds on low flame and keep stirring continuously.
💪 As sesame seeds pop and changes its colour switch off the flame.
💪 Cool it for sometime. And grind it into ground powder.
💪 Now add jaggery into jar along with sesame powder and grind it again until its grinded well.
💪 Now add ghee and mix it well and form it in the shape of laddoo with hands.
💪 Yummy yummy sesame seeds laddu/ NUVVULA unta/ Til laddu is ready.
It's a very easy recipe can be prepared within few minutes.
