What you need?
Jaggery 1 cup
Ginger juice 2 tbsp
Turmeric 1/2 tsp
Ajwaien 1 tbsp
How to make?
Put a heavy bottom pan on gas and add Jaggery. Stir it continuously while it get melts.
Once melted add turmeric ajwaien and ginger juice.
Cook it for 2 mins and it's done.
Don't overcook, jaggery will get hard.
Have 1 spoon of it everyday in morning and at night.
