The nutrients in mushrooms are different from those of other vegetables it provide the B group vitamins, especially B2, B3, folate, pantothenic acid and biotin. Mushrooms also contain Vitamin D, the sunshine vitamin that helps keep bones strong and fights disease. Lemon mushroom Soup is a brilliant combinatiom of health and flavour!
What you need?
2 cups Mushroom
1 tbsp Ghee
2tbsp Fresh cream
3 tbsp Onion
2tbsp Spring onion
Salt to taste
1. Heat Ghee in a pan, add mushroom and cook till it gets dry.
2. Remove mushroom from pan, and add garlic, onion in the same oil and cook.
3. Add mushrooms, water and bring it to a boil and simmer it for 15 to 20 Mins.
4. Add lemon, salt, pepper, spring onion, cream and it's done.
