Weekend was dedicated to outside foods...so decided to have some healthy dinner....n prepared very easy veg salad..

With lots of soya chunks and veggies..

Receipe please

Ingredients
1. Soya chunks
2. Corn
3.cucumber
4.carrot
5.lettuce
6.tomatoes

You can add veggies of your choice.

Method
Pour soya chunks in boiling water and boil corn. After 5-10 minutes.. squeeze all the water from soya Chuck's and dry roast it. Chop all the veggies and mix them in a bowl add salt, virgin oil and for more taste add American mustard sauce from funfoods... I love adding mustard sauce...

And tadaa....your super healthy salad is ready..
