Simple and easy evening snacks recipe.




1. Puffed rice

2. Peanuts

3. Fox nut (Makhana)

4. Namkeen of your choice optional(if you want to add)

5.few curry leaves

6. Turmeric

7. Bing




Dry roast peanuts and fox nut. In a kadhai add 2 tsp oil add curry leaves and hing. Then add puffed rice and turmeric powder. Saute it for 1 minute . Turn off the flame and salt as per your taste. Add the roasted peanuts and fox nut. Give it a mix and tadaaa...easy and simple evening snacks is ready.
