Please make a habit that your kids are sitting on thr table and having food with the entire family. Encourage them to eat like how the elders are eating. Cook for them like paneer bhurji or egg bhurji which will give them the feel of soft foods as well. You can also include grated salad, mix veg curry but in grated form, chillas etc.
