Breakfast is a must!

Breakfast especially for kids is essential as it kick-starts metabolism, helps to burn calories throughout the day.Many studies have linked eating breakfast to good health, including better memory and lower chances of getting diabetes, heart disease, and being overweight.

I always made sure to feed Simra a heavier breakfast meal so that she’s full and isn’t fussy all day. This generally includes milk, oats, dosa, fruits ,omelette,vegetable pasta,nuts etc.

But there’s this traditional thing about Hyderabad, to serve wheat chapattis for brekkie, so I started feeding her a wholesome breakfast which includes any fruit , nuts, honey, warm milk along with a wheat chapatti!

This quick easy recipe is a saviour on days when I get up late or in a hurry for her school!

P.s Simra calls it ‘Duduu loti!’ 🤩
