Oats veg pancake.

1) Take powdered oats mix but sour buttermilk and make a thick batter like consistency,

2)Add salt and pepper or chilli (can skip)

3)Grate carrot, dudhi, cut small tomatoes and some blanched palak leaves.

4)Can even add cucumber instead of dudhi...don't add both as it will release lot of water.

5)Allow it to rest for an hour.. then on non stick tawa spread like in picture and cook on low flame..Also can add capsicum

5)Add ghee while cooking..
