Sudipta, that's normal. During my pregnancy I had nausea and vomiting throughout nine months. I could not eat anything, I like fruits though. so my doc had advised eat one fruit every 2 hours. I ate loads of grapes, strawberries, mangoes (during season) banana and apples. keep munching on healthy things like dryfruits, dates etc. also if you like milk, take cold milk with rose syrup that helped me

Hi sudipta.I have suffered the same till second trimester.Eat at regular intervals even if you throw out.Try to make out which particular food makes you feel good.I'm glad to tell you that I did manage my full time job till 9 mnths be a I wanted to give my entire maternity leave to my little one. Though I wanted to give in a lot of times but the thought of being able to nurse my baby till 6 mnths kept me going.. So stay strong and be positive.

it happens to many . so nothing to worry at all. it will automatically go after 4 or 5th mth. u better take more juice fruits n salad n take very small meals.

don't worry for some ladies nausea continues .it might go away in 2nd trimester and again come back in 3rd trimester. enjoy your pregnancy. and don't starve yourself thinking that you would vomit.
