WHAT TO EXPECT! New Moms this ones for you!........

Being first time MOM journey is going to be your most memorable one! You are going to share your story with all the generations. Do make it a good one!! .....

Below is a list of few Facts and Tips for you.

..... 🎈Your life is going to take a 360 turn!;

🎈Back aches, leg pains, stomach stretching is a part of pregnancy. Be prepared.;

🎈Eat healthy;

🎈Don't Google too much

🎈Being Super active / having plenty of rest, last minutes of delivery do change.;

🎈Do what makes you happy!

🎈 Stay positive and Hydrated;

🎈 Include seeds (pumpkin,flax, sunflower,chia, etc) in your diet.

🎈Do not exhaust your body. Take rest when needed.

🎈Breathing exercise do help to keep you calm

🎈Natural birth pains like hell!

🎈 Stitches hurt a lot after C-sec!

🎈Recovering do takes time.

🎈Take help! You are going to need it!

🎈Talk to your husband and family to take right delivery decisions when needed!

🎈You will be tired, but breastfeed your baby asap after delivery. Don't be shy or guilty to ask for help!

🎈Check with the hospital with the facilities and rules before hand!

🎈Pack your hospital bag for you and your baby. (I have shared the list in highlights)

🎈You will require lot of positivity, patience and will power!

🎈Try having hot bath when in labour pain.

🎈When in hospital you will be kept mostly on liquids.

🎈Once you are back home with the baby, try being warm by wearing, socks, sweater, ear cuffs, etc.

🎈Swaddle the baby nicely;

🎈washing babies cloths in warm waters only. If want to use, use baby detergents only.;

🎈Don't let anyone touch your baby without sanitizing their hand. And not to take baby too close to their mouth for kissing. It's not being rude, it's being protective!

🎈Eat green vegetables in pregnancy and even after delivery.

🎈Do Walking n light exercise as per doctor recommendation.

🎈when done breastfeeding ask husband to burp the baby. This strengthens the bond and he doesn't feel left out.

;🎈Try cloth diapering!

🎈Demand feed the baby. Disturbing in their sleep for feeding is no use. This way you both gets to rest.

;🎈Enjoy the phase. Each minute is a memory !;
