Kavita Sahany great question. Yes. It's great for the lockdown. Dance is sure to get kids stronger and happier and the right yoga session will strengthen muscles

Madhavi Cholera good question in Lockdown. There are plenty of ideas I have recommended in my LIVE chat. Have a look and hope you get your answers

For pooja' s question - Screen time should ideally not be more than 2 hours. But all these guidelines during lockdown are difficult to maintain. All communication now is online but we can take regular breaks from screen time and allow kids not more than 4 hours during these times. Esp. When they have school studies online.

Nayana Nanaware a 2.5 yr old kid needs a well balanced diet with regular physical activity. Keep a Shedule and make sure all major food groups are included in the diet. Like protein. Carbohydrates and fats. Active kids need all of that.
