Here in Keto diet you can only eat fats and proteins the most but you can eat carbs but in very low quantity. But do you know that it is recommended that we humans eat 40% carbs, 30%-30% fat and proteins to satisfy our daily dietary requirements. As you can see that this shows that we have to eat 10%more carbs than protein and fats.
It is right that carbs are responsible for some diseases like diabetes, obesity. But if you eat them in the ratio of 40:30:30 it will not hurt your body but it will actually strengthen it.

You should not see this diet as your only hope to lose weight or to become healthy. We all have so many other options that we can use to prevent the health problems we might face in future.
Remember our body is made to survive in this world and we all are hunters. We all need food to survive and our body do exactly that by making sure to signal our brain that we are starving. Take an example of the day when you fast for 12 hours how do you feel when you can't eat ?
I am sure that you feel that you can eat 4 chapatis instead of eating 2 your regular number. That time you don't want to know about how much calories you are feeding to your body. You have this instinct that you just have to eat.
Now, imagine fasting for a year and your body sending signal to your brain that it is starving. Now, imagine seeing a burger, pizza, Chapatis, french fries, coke, cake etc... So, let me ask how would you all feel by seeing them?
