Oats Spinach , Patato Cutlets.
Otas - 50 grm
Gram flour - 50 grm
Spinach boiled - 250grm
Potatoes boiled - 2 small size
Spices - Cumin, Salt, Ajwain , Garam masala
Oil to fry
Step -1 ⏩Mixed the the dry ingredients in to mashed boiled potatoes along with Spices and add the spinach and make a tight dough, add water in last if requires..
Step -2⏩Now make small ball amd flaten the ans keep it aside for 5 midium
Step -3 ⏩ take a pan and put the required amount of ghee / oil in to that and fry the balls until they turn golden and crisp, use paper napkin to avoid the access Oil.
