Give your baby a variety in food!

Few vegetables(Palak, Lauki and Tomato) bolied and ground nicely with little salt and ghee will be a change for your babies.

A mix of few pulses, cooked and mashed finely, with a pinch of salt can be another option for a change.

All seasonal fruit nicely grinded must be tried.

Allow the baby to eat himself /herself.
